Alena Gelfond

Alena Gelfond is an associate at Cho Immigration Law, where she specializes in immigration and nationality law. She received her J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, she also has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from Belarusian State University. Prior to working in immigration in the United States, Ms. Gelfond had extensive experience as a transactional and litigation attorney in Belarus. As a Ph.D. student at Belarussian State University, Ms. Gelfond participated in scientific conferences and published articles in Belarusian scientific journals. She speaks Russian, Belarusian, and English. Ms. Gelfond is licensed in Illinois.
